Program Overview
CSEP is excited to announce the CSEP TACO (Training and Community Outreach) Grants for grad student or postdoc organizations or groups planning STEM outreach and professional development events. Awards up to $500 are available for groups who demonstrate need and a clear plan for use of resources, with a maximum of $750 awarded per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) per organization. Current UCSB graduate students and postdocs can apply for events including but not limited to:
- STEM outreach events (K-12 and undergraduate students)
- Community science outreach events
- Career and professional development events targeted towards grad students and postdocs
Rolling deadline. Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis (the first Tuesday of the month). Requests will also be considered outside of this timeline. Please email organizers if this is the case (email: csep-mentorship@ucsb.edu).
